Payment Security

On Leven Online Store, every purchase is made with maximum security. We only use protected connections, as demonstrated by the « https » URL prefix and the lock symbol that appears in the browser’s address bar.

To safeguard your credit card purchases, you will always be asked to enter your CVV code for every order.

What payment methods do you accept?

Our goal is to make your purchase an easy and fast process, that is why we accept the following payment options:

How do I know what size I am?

When it comes to comfort, nothing is more important than your garment fitting you correctly. That is why, if you are not sure what size you wear, we have made available the measurement tables with which you can find out the size so that the garment fits you perfectly.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship to Mexico and the United States. 

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Once the shipment of your order is confirmed, it will take 3 to 5 business days to arrive to its new home. You can follow the order guide to make sure it's on its way.

I just placed an order, can I cancel it?

Unfortunately, due to our processes and those of our payment gateways, the cancellation cannot be done. You must wait to receive the product and request a refund. Check our refund policies here

Can I change sizes or ask for a refund?

Changes and returns must be made within a maximum period of 14 days after the product is delivered. To make a return please send an email to alex@levenactive.com with the following information


1 In the subject write RETURN and order number

2 In the body of the mail, name and address, reason for the return. The article must come labeled, and unused. If the product has a defect, please clearly write the defect and send photos showing the defect.

3 Please give us 48 hours to review your case and send you a response. To find out more, see our return policy here.

4 If your purchase was made through an authorized dealer, please contact the dealer for support.

Do I have to pay to return my product?

No, we will send you the return guide, you will only have to take it to the currier office

How long does it take to get my money back?

The return of the money will take a maximum of 3 weeks after the product was validated and verified in our warehouses. If it takes longer, you will have to talk to your payment service provider, since we do not control the time in which they take to reflect your refund.

Can you hold a product for me?

Due to limited quantities we are not able to hold products.

Where else can I find your products?

At this time all Leven products for our USA clients are sold exclusively in our online store. If you have purchased any item outside the authorized channels, we will not be responsible for any damaged product you may receive.
